Bugaboo: Saturday Challenge - Bingo

Yay it's the third week of October, so that means it's time for BINGO over on the Catch The Bug blog.  I love the challenge of creative Bingo!  It really makes you think. This month's Bingo board was super fun.

I chose to do the top vertical row: using gems, dies or punches and a ribbon (yep, I'm counting twine as a ribbon!).  I love the way my card turned out (and .... the reason FOR the card!!)  I'm super excited!!

I'm using the Bugaboo image: JJ Pregnancy Back Pain for my image and then I paired it with JJ Pregnancy Grow People for the sentiment.  I love ALL the Bugaboo pregnancy digi-images.

Here are the rules for the challenge:

*  Post your project to the blog, by 10/27/2018 at 7:00 AM EST
*  New projects only, no back-linking please!
*  Please limit your projects to 3 per person

You could win 10 free images (using a Bugaboo image), 7 free images, or 4 free images using any image!

Why don't you join in the fun?!!

SS536: MMedel Illustrations

Time for another challenge over on the Sketch Saturday blog.  This time we are sponsored by MMedle Illustrations.  She is offering our winner 3 digis + a 50% off discount for the year. It's a really great prize.

I used the sketch to make a Christmas card.  I'm about halfway done.  I DO want to pause and make some Halloween cards soon but ... since I'm back to work, I need to get these banged out sooner rather than later.

I hope you can join in the fun this week.

HMW: Shoot the Alarm Clock!!

Over on the Catch The Bug site, we are celebrating some fun holidays.  You probably didn't know that today is National Kick Butt Day ... who knew that this one was a real holiday?!!  I probably celebrate this holiday EVERY day!  Anyway, I made this card to celebrate it.

I'm using the Bugaboo image Stella Morning - Alarms.  Who doesn't want to shoot the inventor of alarm clocks ... or at the very least, their alarm clock in the morning?

Head over to the blog to see what the other Bugaboo designers made.

Bugaboo: Anything Goes!!

Saturday (yay) and that means its time for a challenge over on the Catch the Bug blog.  This week, since it's the first Saturday in October, it's Anything Goes! Now obviously we'd like to see you use a Bugaboo image, you can use ANYTHING.  Don't have a Bugaboo image?  There is a darling JJ image in the Freebie/Sale section on the Bugaboo site.

I'm using Jodie's Autumn Critters image for my card.  It's perfect for those Thanksgiving cards that need to go out soon.

Here are the rules for the challenge:

*  Post your project to the blog, by 10/13/2018 at 7:00 AM EST
*  New projects only, no back-linking please!
*  Please limit your projects to 3 per person

You could win 10 free images (using a Bugaboo image), 7 free images, or 4 free images using any image!

SS: 534 Kitty Bee Designs

Happy Saturday.

Welcome back for another challenge over on the Sketch Saturday blog. Kel wants to see a BUNCH of fishtails on your card this week!! At first glance, I was surprised by the sheer volume of tags ... but I do like how my card turned out in the end.

Part of my love of this card is the image.  I love this sketchy snowman by DigiStamp Boutique.  Did you guys hear that Sally-Ann closed down her shop.  So sad.  I loved her images.

I hope you join in the fun this week.

SSS 616: Cute Halloween set

There is a new sketch challenge over on the Catch The Bug blog.  Stella wants you to use lots of circles on your card ... two to be exact!!  I wanted to create a card that opened to reveal a scene.  I'm using the Cute Halloween Set 1 from Bugaboo.

I measured poorly and so my mummy is a bit too close to the moon (I know, the old adage: Measure twice, "print" once IS coming to mind in this situation) oh well.  I probably should have reprinted the image, but I thought that I could make it work. And I still like how it turned out overall.

FF: Flower Puppy - You Are My Happy

It's another Fri-YAY!!

And that means it's time for a freebie over on the Bugaboo site.  Yippee! This week Jodie has this little cutie available. The image is called Flower Puppy and can be found under the Freebies & Sales tab.  My own little darling does not look this sorry about digging up my flowers ... she digs and likes it!

Hurry over to the site and snap up this one and shop some of the other darling images that she has for sale on the site.

If you need more inspiration about how to use this image, head over to the Catch The Bug site.
