DP: Feel Better, Darn it!

Happy Monday (blah)

In better news, it's time for another challenge from Doodle Pantry.   Today we're hosting the "Anything Goes" theme over on the Love To Scrap! Challenge blog.

I'm using the Beary Cute image plus something from the Doodle Pantry freebie page.  This freebie is from the Bandaid set.

Why don't you join in the fun?

SS 412: Eldon's Turning 90!

Good Morning Sketch Fans.

It's Saturday and time for another Sketch over on the Sketch Saturday blog.  We have a fun new sketch and the return of the Simon Says Stamp Store as our sponsor.  There is a super generous prize of $25 to our winner!

This week I plan to give my card to a friend who is turning 90!  He is an avid bird-watcher so I thought it was appropriate to put a bird on his card.  I'm using a Doodle Pantry image from the Feathery Friends set.

We hope to see you join in the fun this week.

Gerda Steiner Progressive: Sweet

Just a quick post to show you my card for the progressive challenge over on the Gerda Steiner blog. How cute is he?!!   The great thing about Gerda is that she gives out free images all the time.  This little mouse is the freebie this month.  In exchange for using it, I will get the next month's image for free.  Yay, who doesn't like free stuff?!!

I'm using the sketch from The Paper Divas.

SSW2: Bugaboo

Happy Wednesday my darlings.

My youngest informed me that, as of this morning, there are only 12 more days of school.  I don't know who is in a bigger count-down,  the kids or I (heh heh).  I can not WAIT for the lazy days of summer.  Not gonna lie, I'm a little done making sack lunches for awhile!

But Wednesday also means it's time for another sketch challenge over on the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 blog.

We have the fabulous Jodie from Bugaboo Digi-Stamps as our sponsor.  I just love her images. This time I'm using the image: "Birthday Bird 4"   Totally cute.  Our winner will get SEVEN images.

As always, the team really worked hard on their cards.  Why don't you swing by the blog and leave a bit of love for them.  We'd love to see you join in the fun this time!

Too Soon for Dad?!!

I'm trying to be more organized for next month's parent celebration.  I made this card for my oldest child to give his dad.  It amused me because the kid HATES to mow the lawn.  I can't say that I blame him; it's not my favorite activity either.

I'm using the Doodle Pantry image: Yard Yabber.

Happy Mudder's Day

I've been working hard to get all my May cards out on time (sadly, it's May 4th and I'm already behind ... sorry Kelsey!)  Ugh.  Today I'm headed out to mail this one to the Mother-In-Law.  It SHOULD arrive in time!

I'm using the sketch over on the Paper Play site.  It was cute and worked with the image.

My image comes the From The Heart progressive image challenge.  It's Hamlet (one of my favorite little characters over on Faith's site)  This time he's hanging out in the planter.  Super cute.

I'm also submitting it to the Dragonfly Journey's "Mama Mia" challenge.

DP: AIMP Challenge

Happy May Day!

It doesn't seem like it could possibly be May already!  Yikes.  In about 30 days I will have TWO kids     in Middle School.  My baby is growing up.  Sob!

And because it is the first day of the month, we have another digital challenge over on the Doodle Pantry blog.  As always, it's an anything goes challenge.  Remember, you must use a digital image on your card.

Since I needed a Mother's Day Card for my Mother In Law I wanted to make something pretty rather than my usual style of cute.   I used the Doodle Pantry set: Gazania for the flowers and for the phrase I used another Doodle Pantry set: Basil Plant.  I'm using the sketch over on the Splitcoaststamper's site.

I sure hope you can join in the fun of the Ants in My Pantry Digital Challenge #17 over on the Doodle Pantry Blog.
