Oh Chute!!

After I made this card, my 15 year old came into the room and said, "I like it except for the ugly rabbit image."  (What?!!)  Regardless of his opinion, I stand behind my image choice.  I love Cat's Pajama's cute rabbits.

I'm joining in several challenges with my card.  I used the Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge.  I rotated their sketch to make it work for clouds and I am low on black enamel dots, so thus, the two instead of three!

I'm also joining in The Library Challenge of Watership Down by Richard Adams.  The Librarian suggested that you be inspired by the cover, the title or the story.  I chose the story.  If you haven't read this book, I highly recommend it.  I cried at the end but really I cry at the drop of a hat so .... yeah.

Jeannie over on Dragonfly Journey's wanted to see some Bunnies, Chicks or Ducks.  Done!

  1. Joanna, your card is adorable. Love the way you flipped the sketch. Remember that is why they are teenage boys and I found my son was much more difficult than my far. I still remind myself that some animals eat their young, hehehe. I guess I could understand why my daughter was moody, but my son is still a mystery.

  2. Aren't kids great? Best if they don't give opinions! I don't think your rabbit is ugly, I think he's cute and I really love the cloud arrangement too. Thanks for joining The Library.

  3. Oh don't you just love teenagers, they really have no filter at times. Well I love the bunny with his red parachute, great colouring and the sentiment is just brilliant for the image x

  4. This is the cutest little card with that dangling bunny! I love his ears :) Great flip of the design, and thanks for playing along with the Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge!

  5. Haha! Teenagers are awesome, but I have to disagree with yours... this bunny is so cute!! Love this card!
Thanks for playing along at Tuesday Morning Sketches!!

  7. Hi Joanna! Out of the mouths of babes, right?! I think it's a fun and cute bunny too and love the pun to go with it. Thanks so much for joining my Bunnies, Chicks, and Ducks Blog Challenge :)
