I am a BIG fan of stupid jokes so when I saw this set over at Doodle Pantry, I knew that I had to have it.  It's called "Float Yer' Goat"  I don't know what I love more about this image, those gorgeous balloons or that goofy expression on the goat!  Love it!

DP: Fab and Funky!

Fab and Funky is taking a walk on the "wild side!"  They want to see your wild animals.  Since Doodle Pantry is sponsoring their "walk, " I wanted to make sure that I played along.  I fell in love with this hippo as soon as I saw it.  It's Henrietta Hippo and while she doesn't look terribly "wild" she definitely meets the cute factor!

DP: Send a Smile 4 Kids

It's Christmas in July over at Send a Smile 4 Kids!  Doodle Pantry is sponsoring their challenge so I wanted to be sure to participate.  I love this image of Laurie's.  It's called Vintage Stocking.  I loved the colors ... sooo non-traditional and REALLY fun!

Today is also my youngest son's birthday.  I now have a nine-year old!

Thankfully he wanted a swim party so we're headed out to the YMCA to host 20 kiddos swimming.

July is Pat's month to host our Monthly Image challenge and she presented us with this wonderful image from Art Impressions.  It's called: "29 Again?"  The image only has one balloon, but for some reason, I was compelled to give her a second one.

Bugaboo had a fun sketch this week so I used that one.  I had a blast making your card, I hope you enjoy it Pat!

Doodle Pantry July Release

Since July has arrived, it's time for another new release from Doodle Pantry.  This set, called Happy Trails Camper, is actually a re-release from a set sold by CDS.
 

How cute is this set?  The great thing is that it's the FREE set this month over at the Doodle Pantry shop!  So many cute phrases and they are totally useful.

We just got back from our Fourth of July camping trip.  It was a success.  I was a little worried that it wouldn't go over well but little dude had a good time despite his germ/bug anxieties.  Here's a picture of the other one enjoying the KNIFE that his dad decided to buy the boys.
